Grown in the lush, sun-drenched gardens of Sri Lanka, our Ceylon Green GP1 (Gun Powder No. 1) is a premium green tea crafted from tightly rolled young leaves. This distinctive rolling method locks in freshness and delivers a consistently vibrant, full-flavoured cup.

Flavour Profile

A smooth, medium-bodied green tea with a clean grassy freshness, subtle vegetal notes, and a pleasantly mild astringency. The liquor is a clear, pale yellow-green with a naturally sweet, lingering finish.

Brewing Guide

• Water temperature: 75–80°C (avoid boiling water to preserve delicate flavours)
• Steep time: 2–3 minutes
• Use 2–3g per 200ml of water
• Can be re-steeped 1–2 times
