Brewing Guide
Use 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 200ml of freshly boiled water at 95–100°C. Steep for 3–5 minutes depending on your preferred strength. Best enjoyed plain to appreciate its natural character, or with a splash of milk and a touch of honey.
